New Century CSA, a cornerstone of central Ohio’s agricultural community, has a rich history that spans generations. Originally established as a grain farm two generations ago, it made a successful transition to growing produce in 1999. Guided by Mushrooms, an urban mushroom farm near Dayton, has quickly become a prominent name in the local agricultural scene. What started as a hobby in their garage in 2018 rapidly grew into a thriving business by 2020, catering to the culinary needs of restaurants in Dayton, Cincinnati, and Columbus, as well as retail stores. Three Creeks Produce, a vibrant addition to Groveport, Ohio’s agricultural landscape, is a testament to the passion and dedication of its founders.
