Each day Rachael demonstrates her care and consideration for each customer with her thorough and timely billing process.
As our billing specialist in the Finance and Flow team, Rachael Brooks wears a lot of hats. She keeps all of our customers up to date with billing, credits, and invoices, playing a crucial role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
But Rachael’s dedication does not end with our customers! She is a true team player! It has not been lost on her coworkers that Rachael will volunteer to stay longer at work when our drivers need her to, so she can collect their paperwork. Her exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills are relied upon to ensure everything is accurate.
From handling complex billing processes with precision to ensuring that every invoice is accurate and timely, Rachael consistently goes above and beyond. Not only has she excelled in her primary responsibilities, but she has also taken on additional challenges with remarkable enthusiasm and skill.
