DNO Kicks Off Fresh Cut Food Drive

Donations benefit WCBE 90.5 FM and Mid-Ohio Food Collective

Help provide nutritious food to those in need and support public radio this holiday season with the Fresh Cut Food Drive. DNO Produce will donate 3 pounds of fresh produce to the Mid-Ohio Food Collective on behalf of each person who gives to WCBE in the month of December. The donation can be any amount. Each donor means that 3 pounds of food healthy food will go to hungry families.

“The Fresh Cut Food Drive provides an opportunity for everyone to make a big impact,” said Marissa Dake of DNO Produce. “We are grateful to provide a pathway for our community to support public radio while providing nutritious food to our neighbors in need. We urge everyone to make a donation—large or small—and to encourage their friends to do the same.”

And by extension, you're helping to feed Central Ohioans who are hungry. There are few better ways to demonstrate the holiday spirit.”
