Martino Floriant was April’s Brocc Star! At DNO Produce and FRESHEALTH, we believe in celebrating the hard work of our associates. That’s why each month we give our team members the opportunity to nominate someone within the company who is going above and beyond.
Martino is on FRESHEALTH’s sanitation department and has been with the company for one year and seven months. He plays in essential role in our everyday operations and is foundational to our health, safety, and success.

Martino has demonstrated his excellent accountability by ensuring he is always practicing safe handling & PPE procedures. He consistently demonstrates excellent compliance with safety protocols, which is essential for preventing workplace hazards and supporting operational efficiency.
He consistently goes above and beyond to support both our customers and his fellow team members. On one occasion, he took the initiative to ensure that everyone working in the cooler strictly adhered to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) policies, demonstrating his commitment to quality and safety, key factors in delivering the best possible product to our customers. He leads by example, always arriving on time, using his time wisely, and completing his tasks efficiently. His dedication to following and reinforcing all seven steps of sanitation not only ensures a high standard of cleanliness but also helps create a reliable, supportive, and people-centered work environment that benefits the entire team.
