Our dedicated Sanitation team cleans all equipment following USDA and other federal mandated sanitation procedures to assure utmost hygiene in our facilities. Likewise, our Quality Assurance team thoroughly inspects and monitors our operations using ATP and microbiological swabs.
DNO is a Fresh Fruit and Vegetable processor that follows & often exceeds all requirements of the United States Code of Federal Regulations Title 21.
These requirements include all Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices for food manufacturing facilities. Our Food Safety programs are based on HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points) and pre-requisites such as Sanitation, Pest Control, GMP’s, Traceability, Training, Proper wash cycles and more.
